KASBER’S Council for performing Arts and Cultural Trust (KCPACT) in association with Thane Plus is organising ‘LIVE WIRE’ Interschool Talent Awards 2005 – A mega Interschool Solo and Group Dance Championship, Personality Contest and Drawing Contest for Pre-Primary, Primary & Secondary students. The qualifying round will be held from September 2005 to November 2005 at the respective schools, quarter finals and semi finals will be at Tip Top Plaza, Thane and the final will conclude in the month of December, 2005 at Suraj Water Park, Thane. The finalists will undergo a workshop in dance, fitness, music, body & mind workshop, presentation and make-up.
The contest promises entertainment and fun that has never been experienced here before. Contests and games, freebies and gifts are all rolled into one for the coming festival season, which will ensure involvement of all the school children thereby giving them an opportunity to showcase their hidden talents. All the students will be awarded a participation certificate each.
The competition is open for all the schools in Thane District. Students studying in schools in Thane district and are residents from Mulund to Powai are also eligible to participate in the contest. Those schools that wish to register their names are requested to contact Kasber’s Council for Performing Arts and Cultural Trust at the earliest.
