Ramesh Gajanan Korgaonkar (Shiv Sena)

Corporator vision

Quick move

Problems in my area:
Tembi Pada Road being very narrow leads to traffic congestion. This causes great inconvenience to commuters. Added to all this, is the load shedding problem.

PLAN OF ACTION
I am planning to install numerous water lines, widen the roads of Tembi Pada, Bhagave Compound, Anand Nagar and Kedare Chowk. I am planning to put forth a proposal to remove the BEST chowky at Bhandup station, which obstructs traffic during peak hours, but only after providing alternate accommodation to the BEST employees. Also I will make a proposal to the Railways to make arrangements for fast trains and Konkan bound trains to stop at Bhandup. Lastly, we are also requesting railway officials to start a point-to-point train service from CST to Sawantwadi.

Janta Speak
Rajesh Aggarwal, service
The issue of load shedding should be dealt with by the corporator on priority basis. He should express our problems before the MSEB officials.

Sitanshu Dabir, management student
The corporator should look into the problem of unemployment in our ward. He should provide the youth with job opportunities in places like Big Bazaar.

Mehroonisa Khan, housewife
Traffic congestion at Tembi Pada is a big issue in our area. The corporator should find some speedy solution to this problem. Also corrupt police officials should be taken to task. Compiled by Satissh Sundaresan mp.plus@gmail.com
